十大彩票正规平台’s site design created two new entrances for bus and parent drop off, a new bus loop, and new parking facilities. 十大彩票正规平台 also prepared designs and documentation for new play areas, grading plans, reforestation, utilities, conduits, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management. Stormwater management included micro-bioretention constructed at several locations around the site. Because of the school’s location near BWI airport, and the requirements of the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA), sediment and erosion control and stormwater management included underground extended detention to eliminate ponding longer than 24 hours.
The Results
Though the site topography presented some challenges for the new construction (as the existing grade dropped off from the existing building), grade changes were able to be made without the need for retaining walls.
